Description:
This joyful Ketuba was designed to reflect
the rich traditions of Jewish life. At the
base of the design are Pesach, Shavuot
and Sukkoth.
The top seven sections show the Seven Species:
wheat; barley; pomegranate; vine; olive;
fig and date palm.
Flanking the left side are three sections:
Shabbat; Purim; and Tu B'shvat,
festival of tree planting, presaging the
spring and renewal.
Flanking the right side are Rosh Hashanah,
Hannukah and Simchat Torah.
Perhaps more than any other Ketuba, The
Israel Festivals Ketuba symbolizes Jewish
family life.
